Receiving Update to Custom Theme

At this time, if you are using a custom theme in Help Center feature updates, changes, and new functionality are not automatically added to your Help Center custom theme. A custom theme is any of our themes with code customization added to change the default theme. This does not include changes to colors and fonts in Help Center. A custom theme is specifically changes to the Help Center HTML, CSS, or Javascript code. 

We do not push updates to avoid causing issues with your custom theme that the new updates could create. To get new Help Center features and updates, you can either switch to a new theme and it will have new updates automatically, or we often provide how to guides on implementing the code needed for the features.
